Sergi Katılım Şartnamesi
1. “Gökyüzündeki Uçurtmalar: Çocuk” konulu uluslararası ve jürili afiş tasarımı ve fotoğraf sergisine profesyoneller, akademisyenler, tasarımcı ve fotoğraf alanında lisansüstü eğitim gören tüm öğrenciler katılabilir.
2. Afiş çalışmaları herhangi bir teknikle yapılabilir. Sergilenecek afiş tasarımı çalışmalarının boyutu ise 50x70cm olarak belirlenmiştir.
3. Gönderilecek tüm eserler, 300 dpi çözünürlükte ve JPEG formatında olmalıdır. 2 MB’den küçük 5 MB'den büyük olmamalıdır.
4. Her bir katılımcı, en fazla 2 eser ile katılabilir.
5. Drone ile çekilmiş fotoğraflar değerlendirilmeyecektir.
6. Sergiye katılım ücretsizdir. Eserler 25 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde çevrim içi ortamda sergilenecektir.
7. Fotoğraflarda kadraj, renk doygunluğu, keskinlik, toz alma ve kontrast düzeltmesi gibi kabul edilebilecek fakat bu müdahaleler dışında hiçbir manipülasyon/başkalaştırma/oynama kabul edilmeyecektir. Fotoğrafın belgesel yapısı değiştirilmemiş olmalıdır. Bu konuda jürinin kanaati esastır.
8. Eserler, “Sergi Değerlendirme Kurulu” tarafından, çevrim içi ortamda değerlendirilecektir. Jüri üyelerinin değerlendirmesi sonucu sergilenmeye uygun görülen eserler, 20 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde katılımcılara elektronik posta yolu ile bilgi verilecektir. Bu sebeple eserler en geç 11 Mayıs 2021 tarihine kadar aşağıda belirtilen ekler ile birlikte "g.u.cocuk@gmail.com" adresine gönderilmelidir.
9. Geç teslim edilen eserler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. Başvurular internet üzerinden e-mail yoluyla yapılacaktır. Eser, katılımcının fotoğrafı ve kısa özgeçmiş (İngilizce ve Türkçe formatta iki ayrı dosya halinde) hazırlanarak dosyalar "g.u.cocuk@gmail.com" adresine gönderilecektir. İlgili dosyaların isimlendirmesi aşağıda yer alan örnekteki gibi yapılacaktır:

10. Sergilenen eserler, sergi dışında tanıtım ve okulun etkinlik vb. durumlarında kullanma hakkını saklı tutar.
11. Çalışmaları kabul edilen katılımcılara dijital katılım belgesi gönderilecektir.

Specifications of Participation to Exhibition
1. Professionals, academics, designers, and all graduate students in the field of photography can participate in the international and juryed poster and photography exhibition on "Kites in the Sky: Child".
2. Poster work can be done with any technique. The size of the poster works to be exhibited is determined as 50x70cm.
3. All work to be submitted must be at 300 dpi resolution and JPEG format. It should not be less than 2 MB and no larger than 5 MB.
4. Each participant can participate with a maximum of 2 works.
5. Photos taken by drone will not be evaluated.
6. Participation in the exhibition is free of charge. The works will be exhibited online on 25 May 2021.
7. Framing, color saturation, sharpness, dusting and contrast correction may be accepted in photographs, but no manipulation / alteration / alteration other than these interventions will be accepted. The documentary structure of the photograph should not be changed. The opinion of the jury is essential on this matter.
8. The works will be evaluated online by the "Exhibition Evaluation Board". The works deemed suitable for exhibition as a result of the evaluation of the jury members will be informed by e-mail on 20 May 2021. For this reason, the works should be sent to "g.u.cocuk@gmail.com" address with the following attachments by 11 May 2021 at the latest.
9. Late submitted works will not be evaluated. Applications will be made via e-mail over the internet. The work, the photograph of the participant and a short biography (in two separate files in English and Turkish) will be prepared and the files will be sent to "g.u.cocuk@gmail.com" adress. The naming of the relevant files will be made as in the example below:

10. The exhibited works reserve the right to be used in the event of the school and promotion outside the exhibition.
11. Digital participation certificate will be sent to the participants whose studies are accepted.
